Marketing / Social Media Manager
Someone who understands that good marketing is not about posting — it's about direction.
- · Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing or social media
- · Think strategically — content is your output, not your starting point
- · Can manage social media across multiple brands without losing focus
- · Create structure where others create noise
- · Write with intention — in English and Dutch
- · Take ownership of your work
- · Feel comfortable coordinating others when needed
- · Are flexible, proactive, and understand that some moments require more
You'll be responsible for how our brands show up — every day, across every platform.
- · Co-develop campaign strategies alongside the team
- · Execute and manage social media content across platforms
- · Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with brand direction
- · Write copy that feels on-brand — never generic
- · Monitor performance, analyse results, and refine
- · Work closely with the Creative Director, creatives, and clients
- · A space where ideas are taken seriously
- · Responsibility, from day one
- · Creative freedom — within a clear direction
